How do I Upgrade a Profile?

You can upgrade your own or other people's Profile at any time.

Upgrading options:

• You can upgrade an existing Free Starter Profile by buying a Full Profile for each user
• You can upgrade any paid Profiles by buying the relevant Upgrade for each user

You must have the relevant Profiles in your dashboard before you upgrade your own or others' Profiles.

• To upgrade your own, visit your Personal dashboard, you can switch this on the right-hand side of your Profile.
• Select the Profile you wish to upgrade to
  • If this is your latest profile, it will appear automatically for you in the dashboard.
• Click on the Upgrade button next to the Profile type you wish to upgrade it to

• • If you've bought the relevant product needed to upgrade it will confirm you'll be using this one.
  • If not it will direct you to the store page in order to purchase one.

• To upgrade another Profile, you will need the Profile which is being upgraded to be in your dashboard, either in your invites or a group.
  • You can do this individually or using the Multi Profile Options.
  • Please note, you must have the Profiles available within the Group (for Groups) or your Profile Dashboard (for Invites) before upgrading.
• Select the name(s) of the people you wish to upgrade from within your Invites list

• Using the 'Multi Profile Options' click on 'Selected' for individual upgrades or 'All' within the relevant Profiles categories. Confirm the action.
