How do I enable the Career Guide after sending profile invitations?

If you have not yet sent or are in the process of sending out an invitation to a Strengths Profile and want to enable or withhold the Career Guide, please see How do I enable or withhold the Career Guide when sending Profile invitations?

If you have withheld the Career Guide when sending a Profile invite it will automatically unlock after 30 days.  This is a fixed term and cannot be altered, however, you can choose to release the Career Guide prior to the 30 days.

Once it has been enabled by you as a practitioner or the sender of the invite, you cannot disable as your client will already have seen the results.

To unlock a Career Guide either prior to or after the profile has been completed:

• Click on the grey icon next to the person’s name in the Invites or Group menu.  

• You can also use the Multi Profile Options drop down to unlock several people's Career Guide at the same time.  Please note this action cannot be undone once released.

• The user will then receive an email similar to the below screenshot and will be able to view and download their personalised Career Guide.
