How do I enable the Career Guide after sending profile invitations?

If you have not yet sent or are in the process of sending out an invitation to a Strengths Profile and want to enable or withhold the Career Guide, please see How do I enable or withhold the Career Guide when sending Profile invitations?

If you have withheld the Career Guide when sending a Profile invite it will automatically unlock after 30 days.  This is a fixed term and cannot be altered, however, you can choose to release the Career Guide prior to the 30 days.

Once it has been enabled by you as a practitioner or the sender of the invite, you cannot disable as your client will already have seen the results.

To unlock a Career Guide either prior to or after the profile has been completed:

For Individuals:

• Click on the grey icon next to the person’s name in the Invites menu  

For Groups:

• You need to use the Multi Profile Options drop down to unlock each or several people's Career Guide at the same time.  Please note this action cannot be undone once released.

• The user will then receive an email similar to the below screenshot and will be able to view and download their personalised Career Guide.
