Transfers are a way of gifting another user a number of uses for a product. You will not have access to this product once you have transferred it.
For example if you want to send a colleague a training package or a number of profiles for them to send out from their account.
NOTE: if you want to send a profile for someone to complete see How do I invite someone to complete a Profile?
- To send out a Product credit to someone, use the left-hand menus to select Invites & Transfers and then click the Transfers tab on the right.
- Click on Transfer a Product.
- Complete the pop-up details, sending out the Product of your choice.
- Please note the individual will need to log in or create an account using the exact email address you have used.
- Finally, you can add a personal message in the ‘System message’ for your invitee. If you wish to view the final message, use the slider to switch to preview.
- The Product will remain in your account until the moment your recipient accepts the transfer, at which point they will appear in their account.
- Please note that you have up until the user accepts the transfer to be able to cancel the transfer.
