A Group is a collection of related users of Strengths Profile.
- Groups can be created by any user of Strengths Profile who wish to manage and send out Profiles to others
- Groups provide an easy way to invite multiple people (through the Shareable Code) and easier filing of Profiles
- The user who creates a new Group automatically becomes the first administrator of that Group and can invite others to help with Group Administration

You can create a Group to:
- Organise your Profiles into the manageable size or relevant groups or teams - for example, finance team, coaching workshop, etc
- You can set up a group to get a Shareable Code so you can send out one code to multiple people - via your own email
- Create a Team or Manager Profile from that particular group
To create a Group:
- Access the Menu by clicking on the icon (top left-hand corner of the screen) and select Groups
- Click on the Create Group button and follow the set up instructions:
- Enter a Group Name and Group Description
Please note the Group Name is visible to all members. Group Notes is an optional field.
- Press Next once you have completed this section
This screen will allow you to then transfer Profiles from your own account into the group. For more information on how to do this, please see How do I move Profiles into my group balance?
