How do I move Profiles between my Dashboard and my Group balance?

• Log in to your account and visit the Store to purchase the number of Profiles you require, unless you already have them in the Product Balance of your account.
• Access the Menu by the    icon (top left-hand corner of the screen) and select Groups:

 

• In your Group list search and click View alongside the group you wish to add profiles to.

To top up your balance click Manage Your Uses (right-hand side). This will allow you to transfer profiles from your own Dashboard into the Group Balance.

To move profiles into the group, use the Blue Right Arrow next to the relevant profile type and then click the blue Save Changes button in the top right-hand corner.

Should you need to move them back to your account use the Blue Left Arrow then Save Changes.
