A shareable code is a link that can be used by Group Administrators to invite multiple users to complete a profile and join a group using your Organisation's or your own personal email template.
- Create the Group or navigate to the Group page you have already set up
- To set up a Shareable Code, you need to add the relevant number of Profiles to your Group Balance via the Manage your uses button.
- Note: Free Starter Shareable Code is automatically generated in each group as they are free and have unlimited uses.
- You only need to balance transfer for Introductory, Expert or Leader Profiles
- Once the Group balance has been topped up, click the Shareable Code button underneath the relevant profile type, in this example, we will click on the Expert Shareable Code button
- Once the Group balance has been topped up, click the Shareable Code button underneath the relevant profile type, in this example, we will click on the Expert Shareable Code button
These are the Shareable Code settings where the Group Administrator can specify what settings are to be used.
From here the Group Administrator can:
- Copy the Shareable Code for distribution
- Allow or withhold Profile results
- Allow or withhold the Career Guide
- Restrict the email domain for the Shareable Code
-
-
Restricting the email domain(s) that can access the Shareable Code is useful if you want employees to use their work email addresses when registering for their Strengths Profile account and completing their profile.
-
More than 1 email domain can be specified if required.
-
- Note: If you have restricted the email domain and you have people say they cannot access their profile, ask them to verify what email address they used to register for their Strengths Profile account. If they have used their personal email address and you have restricted the Shareable Code email domain to your organisation email domain then they will not be able to access the assessment.
- If this occurs ask them to contact us to change their email address. For more information please see I registered with the wrong email address, can I change it?
