How do I access my certificate on completion?

• Log in to your account
• Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
• Select Dashboard

• Change your Dashboard Type to Practitioner Dashboard

• Scroll down the page to My Resources section.
• Hover over the relevant Training and Download Certificate

• Note: If your certificate is not available to download:
  • Return to the training page and ensure that you have downloaded your Learning Reflections form, click Next, watch the Outro video, complete the Evaluation Survey and watch the Master video.
